Ndzamangwi was the name of my grandfather which my parents later gave me. The name ‘Ndzamangwi’ in my local language means a noble one. As a noble, my grandfather worked closely with the King of my village as an adviser. He advised the king on issues that had to do with community development, village ceremonies and conflict resolution in matters arising from couples, farmland disputes and inter-tribal boundary conflicts.
